For years, career planning started with one big question:

“What do you want to be?”

But that gets harder when jobs change, industries evolve, and AI keeps reshaping the skills companies need.

Maybe the better question is:

“What do I already have that I can build my future around?”

Your strengths.
How you think and work.
The environments where you perform at your best.

That’s the idea behind your Success Blueprint.

It doesn’t predict the one job you should do.

It gives you better clues about what could fit—and what you could build next.

Yusup has built various technology innovations over more than 20 years for major companies in this field—from apps and AI to complex systems.

But at one point, he realized that the same principles could also be used to understand people.

Today, he helps students and young professionals understand how they are “wired”, and what kinds of work truly make them feel alive.
